Our main goal is to offer our clients the most amazing experience in virtual reality. We offer large 'free-room' fields of about 100m2 - 300m2 to play VR in group. Our locations have a comfy atmosphere, a cosy bar, beautiful meeting-rooms and intro booth games to learn all the tricks to prepare for the bigger game experience. Our games vary from family games to competitive shooters to escape rooms... There is a game for everyone!

We are searching for a Sales Administrator to support our Commercial Team with daily administrative tasks..

What you’ll be doing

• Ensuring invoices are produced correctly

• Contacting Customers with overdue invoices for payment

• First-line responder to incoming Sales enquiry emails

• Communicating Customer requirements to the Commercial team

• Following up on existing Sales proposals

What you bring

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask

• Previous Customer Service experience and confident phone manner

• Ability to think on your feet and operate at a fast pace

• Highly motivated with a keen eye for detail

• Multilingual skills in Dutch & English (French is also a huge advantage)

• Proactive & eager to learn

It would be fantastic (but not essential) if you also have:

• Experience of working with Teamleader and/or Freshdesk

• Experience in the hospitality industry
