The Tyndale Company, a 7x Top Workplace winner, is adding a new CRM Assistant to support our national sales team with management, maintenance, and improvements to our CRM (Salesforce) and the compatible software tools that we use in conjunction for lead capture, prospect insight/intelligence and data backup. Support services include a variety of sales administrative tasks, handling of introductory lead qualification and territory assignments. You will work alongside our CRM Manager and gain valuable insights to Tyndale's sales and business development process.

HYBRID/REMOTE: Tyndale supports a strong work-life balance. The CRM Assistant will work 2 days per week onsite, and 3 days per week remote. To be considered, candidates must reside within a commutable distance from our Tyndale headquarters in Pipersville, PA (Bucks County) for onsite work.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all inbound sales leads are reviewed and appropriately assigned within our CRM system according to our sales territory parameters
  • Assist Sales with researching new prospect categories and individual prospects, adding them to our CRM for active pursuit
  • Assist with Salesforce initiatives, customizations, and execution of agreed upon programs, campaigns, and implementations
  • Perform maintenance tasks on a regular basis to ensure data integrity
  • Participate in Salesforce Task Group, which includes key stakeholder members, and work to maintain and improve Salesforce and our uses
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce and licensed tools including Demandbase (prospect insight/market intelligence), iCapture (lead capture) and DuplicateCheck
  • Prepare monthly V2025 and Sales Leadership reports to track key established sales metrics
  • Assist with organizational sales initiatives, including projects and research assignments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of six (6) months of relevant CRM management experience
  • Candidate must be analytical, data-driven, and well-versed with Salesforce and Excel
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong computer skills - proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and to learn quickly
  • Ability to interact as a strong team player and comfortable working in collaborative environments
  • Commitment to continuous learning and demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new skills, with initiative to self-teach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to write in a clear and concise manner and provide detailed explanations orally
