RV Campground Associate

Inland Empire RV Campgrounds | Post Falls, ID

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

The RV Campground Associate role is responsible for facilitating the daily park operations. We are looking for a detailed-oriented self-starter who is organized and eager to work with a team to operate a successful campground.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Perform daily site inspection and prepare written account of park conditions as well as recommendations for repairs
• Confirm all fees are collected and transmitted promptly and accurately
• Answer calls and respond to all guest inquiries in a timely fashion
• Receive and quickly resolve guest complaints
• Assist with the check in and check out process for each guest
• Enforce park rules and regulations
• Process credit card payments
• Maintain proper paperwork for each guest
• Support a methodical system of company procedures
• Perform maintenance/housekeeping duties, including but not limited to: deep cleaning bathrooms and shower halls, grounds keeping duties such as weeding and blowing curblines, maintaining spotless recreational room and clubhouse.

SKILLS

• Practiced interpersonal skills (customer service experience preferred). Demonstrated ability to read, write and communicate efficiently.
• Punctual attendance
• High level of professionalism with positive attitude and good work ethic
• Time management skills
• General knowledge of property maintenance
• Housekeeping experience a plus
• Maintenance experience a plus
• Sound negotiation skills

QUALIFICATIONS

• Driver’s license (required)
• High school or equivalent (required)
• College degree or equivalent coursework (preferred)
• Property management experience (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
