Job description

The right candidate will be responsible for managing the companies medical orders. All of our patients have orders that needed for their medical charts and records. Responsibilities include printing out medical orders to send out to medical offices. Orders will need to be prepared and taken to proper offices. Candidate must be a self starter who is detail oriented and have a system to track the orders that were delivered, manage who they were dropped off with and keep contact with medical offices to ensure they get signed and picked up to bring back in to office. Runner will also be responsible for learning Doctor Alliance system which sends medical orders electronically to specific doctors who request this delivery method. Candidate must be a responsible and honest individual as a monitored company car will be provided which can only to be used for work proposes and absolutely not for any personal use.
