The laboratory training coordinator is responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting all training programs for the client services and preanalytical personnel. Responsible for training new employees, performing annual competencies, and continuing education of all staff. Will conduct and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed; develop new training processes and procedures as needed; and manage indirectly the client service staff, providing assistance with workflow when needed. Conduct report metrics for workflow, QA, error evaluation on a monthly basis and report to the Operations Manager and Assistant Manager.
