We are searching for a Routing and Production Manager with a high standard for dependability and efficiency to help lead our team to the next level. This position oversees the routing, scheduling, and printing of all our field service work and is a key role in our day-to-day operations. This is a full time, year around position with scaled back hours during the winter season.

• Routing or dispatching, 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer savvy
• Familiarity with the Western Michigan area, 1 year (Preferred)

Job Description

Tuff Turf Molebusters currently seeks a Routing and Production Manager to create daily fertilizing and pest control routes for 20+ technicians utilizing our industry specific software system.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and printing work for our lawn care and pest control services.
• Scheduled routes need to be printed daily, and the customers need to be loaded into an auto dialer to be notified of the upcoming service.
• Posting Daily Production
• Managing unserviced reports
• This all requires very good computer skills and focus.
• Answering customer’s questions about upcoming services
• Filter incoming service emails and manage the communication to both field techs and customers
• Responding to email questions and editing service and call log notes

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2 years of college would be very helpful.
• The candidate will also need the ability to think outside of the box and adapt to change. Our spring season is extremely busy and scheduling 300+ services every day takes mental endurance.
• Routing or dispatching experience would be very helpful, but not required.
• Familiarity with the immediate area would also be very helpful.
• Good organizational skills are necessary.
• Patience and the ability to make decisions.
• Problem solving skills
• Customer service oriented attitude
• Familiarity with outlook and email etiquette

Work Schedule/Hours:

There is no travel. All of the work is performed in our office.

• M-F, 7 am - 3 pm (earlier start time is an option)
