Job Description:

We are seeking a Service Department Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining roofs for commercial and residential properties, as well as HOAs for multifamily communities. The Service Department Technician will work closely with our service department manager to ensure that all service calls are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

· Diagnose and repair roof leaks, damages, and other issues in commercial and residential properties, as well as HOAs for multifamily communities.

· Conduct routine maintenance on roofs for commercial and residential properties, as well as HOAs for multifamily communities.

· Install and repair steep slope roofing such as asphalt shingles, concrete tile, clay tile, and metal roofing systems.

· Install and repair steep slope roofing systems such as BUR, APP Modified torch bitumen, Single Ply membranes, T.P.O, PVC, EPDM, Fluid applied roofing systems.

· Communicate with property managers and HOA boards to understand their needs and address any concerns.

· Provide property managers and HOA boards with quotes for repairs and replacements.

· Use tools and equipment to complete repairs and maintenance tasks on commercial and residential properties, as well as HOAs for multifamily communities.

· Ensure that all work is completed safely and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

· Keep accurate records of all service calls and repairs.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· 2+ years of experience in roofing repair and maintenance for commercial and residential properties, as well as HOAs for multifamily communities.

· Proficiency in installing and repairing steep slope roofing such as asphalt shingles, concrete tile, clay tile, and metal roofing systems.

· Proficiency in installing and repairing steep slope roofing systems such as BUR, APP Modified torch bitumen, Single Ply membranes, T.P.O, PVC, EPDM, Fluid applied roofing systems.

· Strong communication and customer service skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
