Eagle/Vail Area Independent Roofing Sales Representative

This is a Vail Valley Outside Sales Role of a Lifetime in a beautiful resort and mountain town! We are looking for world-class salespeople that have experience in consultative selling, talking to highly qualified prospects, and doing door-to-door home and roofing inspections.

Metro Construction is a progressive firm specializing in roofing and exterior renovation. Our commission pays after the sale is complete and prior to the project being installed.

Eagle/Vail Independent Roofing Sales Associate:

Salary/Sales Perks:

• $72,000 to $144,000 OTE (including base and sales commissions)
• TOP SALES PERFORMERS EARN OVER SIX FIGURES!!
• Sales Spiffs, company lunches, sales based bonuses, holiday parties, cutting edge mobile sales and CRM software, company chat room for easy and clear communication with sales force.
• Company truck provided for daily and job site use
• Local office located in Avon Colorado.

Additional Job Duties:

• You’ll be selling roofing and exterior home improvements directly to residential & commercial consumers in a mountain/resort town.
• You’ll be prospecting door-to-door in residential neighborhoods and doing home inspections for businesses in person and through digital means.
• You’ll average $1,000 to $2,000 in commissions per residential project
• You’ll attend 2 team meetings or sales trainings/check ins every week
• You will review digital estimates and presentations with homeowners, business owners, and prospective clients.
• You will be present on all builds in the valley to post permits, take photos, communicate with our branch offices, and do punch runs for material as needed.
• Manage customer communication and expectations throughout the construction process.

• Have reliable transportation
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Have a smartphone
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to climb on roofs
• Be personally driven and motivated
