Job description
A prestigious hospital in Southern NH is searching for a Registered Nurse for its Medical/Surgical Unit. In this role, you will be an essential member of the patient care team and responsible for the delivery of direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process. You will assess, plan, treat, and evaluate nursing care for patients within the unit and work collaboratively with other healthcare team members. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect patient care in the Medical/Surgical unit.
- Obtain and document health history, vital signs, and health risk factors.
- Administer medications, monitor patients, and document progress.
- Educate patients and families about the care plan and care after discharge.
- Maintain and review patient records, charts, and other pertinent information.
Qualifications:
- A BSN is required.
- Active RN license.
Additional info:
- Full-time or part-time, permanent position
- Multiple shifts available; 24-36 hours/week, nights
- Pay; $35-50/hr., depending on experience + differentials + up to $15,000 sign-on bonus.
