Job Description:
LPN/RN will provide consistent, high-quality care by identifying resident needs and progress, medical assessments, and promotion of team approach to resident care. This position also provides support to Resident Care Specialist/CNAs with resident care and charting.
Duties include:
- Administer and document medications given
- Perform treatments and assist physicians
- Observe, record and report observations
- Assess resident needs and provide care
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Licensed as Registered Nurse
- Requires the ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 60 pounds frequently.
- Rate of pay based on Experience.
Schedule:
- Full Time 8 hr. days shift 6:00AM-2:30PM
- Hourly rate based on experience
- $1.50 additional per hour for evening & night shifts
- Weekend shifts pay: $1.50 additional per hour
- Weekends and Holidays: Must work a rotating schedule
