We are seeking a RN HOUSE SUPERVISOR in Ironwood, Michigan to work at Aspirus Ironwood Hospital. The House Supervisor is responsible for the overall functioning of all nursing units and the provision of safe patient care on a shift basis. Services as a resource for other hospital departments during off shifts and weekends.

Experience/Qualifications/Licensure

• Michigan RN Licensure
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• ACLS, BLS, NRP
• Three to five years of acute care experience
• One to two years supervisory experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and excellent communication
• Working knowledge of various Microsoft applications and database concepts
• Ability to coach and mentor
• Possess interpersonal skills necessary in order to interact efficiently with all levels of hospital personnel

Hours: This position is Part-Time; 0.6 FTE or 48 hours per pay period. Day shift, 7a-7p.

Aspirus Ironwood Hospital includes a 25-bed critical access hospital, multi-specialty clinic, satellite clinic in Wisconsin, surgical clinic, walk-in clinic and a home health agency. Ironwood's service area covers approximately 30,000 people. The hospital has a 4 bed ICU, 3 bed OB unit, and 4 surgical units. The emergency department is staffed 24/7 with ER physicians, with approximately 12,000 visits annually. The hospital's inpatient census is 10 patients per day. The outpatient clinic has over 50,000 visits annually.
