Attention all compassionate and skilled registered nurses! We are currently seeking a RN with hospice experience to join our team. Our hospice provides compassionate and comprehensive care for terminally ill patients.

Responsibilities:

- Assessing patients' physical and emotional needs and coordinating care with interdisciplinary team

- Providing education and support to patients and their families

- Administering medications and treatments

- Ensuring patient comfort and dignity

Requirements:

- Active RN license

- Minimum of 2 years of hospice or palliative care experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
