Responsibilities

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
• Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians and your team.
• Collaborate with physicians, various disciplines, and the patient to devise individualized care plans.
• Perform routine procedures, wound care, PICC dressing changes, etc.
• Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders
• See patient's in their homes or senior living communities
• Provide instant medical care in emergencies; AHA BLS for Healthcare Provider required.
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families
• Participate in daily huddles and case management review

Skills

• Proven experience as a registered nurse
• Enjoy problem solving and educating people
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible and compassionate
• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Valid nursing license, or compact license, for the State of Idaho

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $78.00 per hour
