As a Risk Management Representative, you’ll assist the Risk Management team in managing new and existing commercial accounts for GE Appliances within our Retail, Contract and Air & Water customer segments. Primarily, you’ll be assisting Risk Analysts with setting up new accounts, pending orders, underwriting lines of credit, and assisting the Associate Risk Analysts and Risk Manager with any assigned tasks.

How You'll Create Possibilities
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Tracks and follows up on team inquiries (email and case management) requiring research, review, and resolution of presented issues.
- Addresses account setting updates needed, including error resolution and any associated rework needed.
- Carries out need updates on payment terms, bill-to/ship-to locations pertaining to accounts and sales agreements, and any associated updates to pending orders.
- Monitors for needed actions on pending credit check hold orders for new accounts along with tracking of credit line increase requests impacting pending orders.
- Prepares, files, and tracks preliminary lien notices including Notice to Owner’s (NTO) and Notices of Non-Payments (NNP) in a time sensitive matter to ensure lien rights remain intact.
- Sends, tracks, and follows up on bank references and/or loan verifications in a timely matter.
- Completes and validates supplier setup steps for customers with a buy/sell relationship, primarily Authorized Servicers.
- Researches and documents legal collections requests working with third party legal services vendor.
- Reviews Salesforce onboarding tracker to assist Associate Risk Analysts with follow-up on open/aged requests, researches current status, communicates status updates to stakeholders.

- Controllership/Risk Management (Builds strong processes and provides inputs to align business projects and transactions with internal controls framework, accounting policies, related disclosures, and compliance policies. Ensures that potential risks are identified and mitigated and escalates issues that exceed risk tolerance.) – Developing
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in Collections, Accounts Receivables/Payable, Cash Applications, Accounting/Financial Services, or Customer Service/Call Center setting
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Oracle ERP.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
Working Conditions
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
The starting salary for this position is non-negotiable at $19.25/hour
