Retail Sales Professional - come grow with us!

We are seeking a retail sales professional who is looking for a career with growth and opportunity in the hearth products, patio furniture and grill business. This role is for a career minded individual who enjoys being an expert in their craft and considers providing clients with legendary service to be an essential element of their service. We are looking for individuals who want a career not just a job. Before you apply be sure you are interested in a career with a solid local company that looks to promote from within This is a direct hire position with benefits. Job duties include:

• Cheerful, sincere ability to build rapport with customers
• Solving consumer needs with hearth products
• Understanding consumer desires and suggesting solutions
• Keeping impeccable records
• Communicating with the consumer throughout the sales cycle to delivery
• Closing the sale

Skills and Experience Required

• Knowledge of retail furniture, or hearth products appreciated
• Passion for design a plus
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn
• Dependability
• Flexibility - This is a full-time position which may require working a 5 day rotating shift including weekends. No nights.
• Recent college graduates with retail experience OR individuals with professional retail furniture sales preferred.
