SUMMARY
The associates will perform sales, inventory management, and administrative tasks as needed and be an ultimate team player. They must strive to perform at their best at every opportunity to sell and help our clients receive the service they deserve through all lines of sales and communication opportunities.
The sales associate will have excellent sales and leadership skills, as well as strong customer service skills. The individuals will have thorough knowledge and understanding of the store's products and services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Engagement, attending to the customer’s needs and selling solutions
Recruiting and training new sales staff, assigning specific tasks to other sales staff, and monitoring the team's sales performance.
Solving customer complaints and answering customers' questions.
Writing reports for senior managers.
Assisting with the selling of our store's products and services and assisting to maximize sales.
Stocking shelves, setting up displays, ringing up merchandise and sales, and performing cleaning duties.
Providing sales staff with constructive feedback and assisting staff to solve customers' problems.
Maintaining inventory, filling out invoices, answering calls, customer service calls and walk-in service and as well sales via the phone and online sales
Maintaining positive customer relations and business reputation
Sales Associate Requirements
A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field may be advantageous.
Experience in sales is necessary.
Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong leadership abilities.
Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.

Leadership skills and ability to lead and manage staff
Strong decision making and problem solving skills
Strong communication (verbal and written) and relationship skills

At least an intermediate level in using Microsoft Office or Google products. Especially Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, and PowerPoint
Note: New college graduates with prior internship exposure to most of the items above will be considered as well as career minded high school graduates with 1 year of solid work experience.
Compensation: Hourly plus performance commission structure
