This exciting opportunity is a package driven, online retail opportunity, dealing primarily with electronic guest submissions for packages, merchandise, and services. Be a part of a team delivering the Kalahari Experience beyond the resort! This position is an in-person position at our Wisconsin Dells Property.

Required Skills

• Experience with Excel and Internet navigation
• Basic computer knowledge

Previous Experience Required

• Any guest service experience is preferred!

Responsibilities

• Must have a thorough understanding of retail sales processes and techniques
• Responsible for reporting issues with online sales portals, Sabre, and V1
• Data entry for packages purchased through online portals
• Provide solutions for guests and anticipate potential needs during communications
• Provide clear, concise information professionally through oral and written communications with guests and other departments
• Open communication with Online Retail Sales Coordinator and Corporate Retail Director concerning potential revenue strategies and existing issues
• Any necessary training and development for associates handling package deliveries
• Creation and delivery of packages purchased online through various mediums
• Shipping packages to home addresses purchased through online portals
• Answer questions regarding the store, resort, and merchandise.
• Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
• Maintain records related to sales.

Availability

• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Shifts are subject to change based on occupancy.
