We promote our clients in retail environments via face-to-face marketing. Marketing Representatives will work closely with other team members to help execute brand awareness strategies to promote clean energy programs throughout McAllen.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age with high-school diploma
• Entry-level position, no experience necessary
• Customer service experience recommended
• Follow directions and receive feedback from management staff
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Passion for marketing, team player and competitive environment

Job Responsibilities:

• In-store marketing campaigns
• Generate new acquisitions with face-to-face marketing
• Customer service skills
• Building relationships with potential customers
• Maintain relationship with retail store managers
• Ability to coach, train, and develop team members in face-to-face marketing

Pay: $33,580.41 - $40,440.93 per year
