Arden's Garden is looking for Keyholders for all of our Atlanta Metro locations! This is a role where you will serve our guests by making/serving smoothies, sharing product and health knowledge, engaging and creating wonderful customer experiences.

To be successful, you should have a positive attitude, be enthusiastic and enjoy working with all types of people. The ideal candidate will be a great multitasker, have excellent customer service skills and prior experience in sales or in the food industry.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Operating blenders, serving and selling healthy juices and smoothies
• Sharing nutritional knowledge with customers
• Ensuring Loss Prevention
• Developing strong relationships with community
• Assist with inventory management and merchandising
• Assist with training, coaching and developing associates
• Assist with store operations

Qualifications and Skills

• Dedicated and hardworking
• Experience operating a POS system
• Supervisor experience not required but preferred
• Bartender, barista and service industry experience not required but preferred
• Good attention to details
• Must be a multitasker, make the most of working in a fun & fast-paced environment
