Baxter Construction, Central Washington's Premier Restoration Company, is seeking a Restoration Cleaning Technician to join our team. We specialize in wind, water, fire, and mold damage restoration services, and are looking for an experienced, motivated individual to help us deliver the highest quality services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform restoration cleaning and mitigation services in accordance with industry standards
• Set up equipment and tools as needed for each job
• Communicate with customers to explain restoration process and answer any questions they may have
• Monitor job progress and ensure that work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
• Pack in/out

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in restoration cleaning or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Pass a drug screen
• Ability to lift, bend, squat, kneel, reach, climb and stand
• Able to drive a box van
