MRN, Ltd., is looking for a Restaurant Manager for Citizen Pie West 25th St. in Ohio City!

Job Overview:
The Restaurant Manager will be paid a
competitive salary and be an
exempt employee
. This position has a 90-day probationary period.
The Restaurant Manager will be asked to perform the following duties:
- Run day-to-day operations, including writing schedules and labor management
- Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with guests to deliver excellent customer service
- Address all customer needs, comments, and complaints, address accordingly
- Train and supervise restaurant employees
- Conduct pre-shift and staff meetings that are informative and productive
- Ensure all food and beverage, security, and health procedures are followed
- Organize and review restaurant supplies and purchase accordingly
- Ensure a clean, organized, and well-maintained physical premises
- Interact and help teammates in a friendly, professional way
- Oversee cash handling and tip reporting
- Report on financial performance, inventory, and personnel
- Follow up and respond to all employee, guest, and corporate communications
- Code and report invoices accurately
Mandatory Requirements
- Hospitality Degree or 5 years in a previous management/supervisory role
- Ability to lift 25 pounds or less, maneuver up and down stairs with no difficulty, work on your feet 95% of scheduled shift
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and computer skills
Preferred Experience/Knowledge
- Proficient with POS
- Knowledge of bowling equipment
- Certifications in Serve Safe and TIPS
