We feature everyday happy hour, daily lunch and dinner specials, weekly live music, and Saturday & Sunday brunch. We have a great team of hardworking, friendly, and fun-loving individuals, and we'd love for you to join!

We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our restaurant. The ideal candidate should have a passion for high-quality guest satisfaction, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
• Maintain an excellent level of guest service by engaging with guests and handling guest complaints
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies, including food and beverages
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as our restaurant's policies and procedures
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment where staff members feel valued and motivated to provide exceptional service
• Develop and maintain relationships with guests, vendors, and other stakeholders

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a management or leadership role in the restaurant industry
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in restaurant management software (i.e. Toast)
• Ability to work an approximate 55 hour work week, including weekends and some holidays
