We're a leader in the Fast Food segment looking to add a proven, Restaurant General Manager for our stores in York.

POSITION SUMMARY: The perfect Restaurant General Manager is a confident decision-maker who has a proven track record and experience in guest / customer service, employee management, business and financial management, and people motivation. He or she is an excellent communicatorboth in writing and verbally. As the Restaurant General Manager, your responsibilities will be:

• Maintain fast, accurate service, provide excellent customer service, and model restaurant hospitality
• Maximize store sales goals versus budget, including participation in marketing programs
• Oversee and partner on increasing catering sales
• Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures

Required Skills

• 3+ years restaurant management experience. Fast Food Restaurant Management experience highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability
• Ability to prioritize and organize own and others work and time to meet deadlines and objectives

Desired Skills

• Minimum three years of progressive restaurant management experience in a quick-service / fast food chain restaurant organization
• Open availability to work any shifts
• Must have a valid driver's license and have your own vehicle. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Pay: $55,500.00 - $65,000.00 per year plus lucrative bonus (up to 20K) for Restaurant General Managers
