We're looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager for one of our stores in the North Austin (Round Rock / Pflugerville area).

We're not open for breakfast and close daily by 10:00 p.m.

The Assistant Restaurant Manager provides additional management coverage of operating hours and direct supervision of operations in an individual restaurant. Focal points include:

• Driving excellence in customer service
• Maintaining company standards in product and facility specifications
• Supervising food handling procedures and operational processes
• Exercising basic, shift-to-shift financial control to meet the restaurant profit margin targets

Assistant Restaurant Manager Requirements:

• Minimum of three (3) years of restaurant management experience (QSR/Fast Food preferred), experience running shifts without supervision.
• MUST BE ABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY PASS A MANDATORY CRIMINAL AND MOTOR VEHICLE BACKGROUND CHECK TO QUALIFY, NO EXCEPTIONS!

Salary information:

Pay: $52,000.00 - $56,000.00 + bonus for Assistant Restaurant Managers
