We need a hardworking person who can get in and help with a variety of kitchen tasks. In addition to unloading dirty dishes brought in by bussers, you will be scraping, sorting, and loading dishes into the dishwashing machine. $10 - $11.50 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Mop and clean kitchen floors daily to keep the workplace neat and sanitary
• After unloading the dishwasher, return utensils and plates to their proper locations
• Attend regular employee meetings that will help you stay current on all procedures and safety protocols
• Rinse glassware, scrape plates, and sort dishes before loading them into the dishwasher
• Keep track of dishwashing machine mechanical defects while also maintaining accurate levels of detergent and cleaning supplies

• Assist in bussing tables in the restaurant and running room service orders to overnight guests.

Qualifications:

• Prior food service industry experience is highly desired
• In good physical condition with excellent health
• Possesses a strong work ethic and have high attention to detail
• Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification
