Holly Hills Country Club has part-time openings for servers and bartenders. Candidates should be self-motivated, attentive, and willing to provide excellent customer service to our members and their guests. Responsibilities include set-up and breakdown of events, serving guests at various types of events including member dining, banquets, golf outings and pool side. Standard cleaning duties, alcohol and food knowledge, and providing high quality service to members and guests.

Position Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each of the below duties satisfactory. Successful candidates will have the following personal and professional characteristics:

• High School Diploma
• Punctual
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English via verbal, written, and computer skills.
• Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance.
• A friendly and helpful attitude towards members and guests.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a very busy environment.
• Must have a strong work ethic and dependable.
• Eye for detail.
• The ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.

Employees who work a 6-hour shift receive a complimentary meal while on duty. Employees may play golf on Mondays when the course is closed to members.
