Line staff/youth counselor- Come work at a fun and rewarding job! At AYS you will work with troubled youth in a residential treatment setting (group home). The AYS work environment includes off-site school attendance at a local high school, on-site games and activities (video games, basketball, therapy sessions, etc) and off-site activities including hiking, bowling, movies, etc. Staff build rapport and engage with the youth in fun and meaningful ways as they model good behavior and help youth grow and make healthy changes in their lives.

Staff also supervise, mentor, and help aid adolescent males with vary issues in a clinical treatment setting. Prefer experience or some college background in behavioral science/criminal justice field BUT NOT REQUIRED. FT/PT available. Hours/days vary. Various shifts available: day/morning shift (7-3pm), swing shifts (3-11pm), graveyard shifts (11-7am) and weekend shifts.***CURRENTLY HIRING FOR MORNING & SWING SHIFTS *** Must be able to pass background check/clearance. Must be 20 years of age. Must be able to commit 6 months.
