Come work for a residential painting company that has been in business since 2002. We are stable and have lots of work. There's room for advancement as well.

We are looking for helpers, painters and Foremen that are precise, efficient, and versatile in their work. Who can follow directions and make targets.

In terms of painters, someone proficient in spraying with an understanding of the different tips used on areas is a plus. We are also looking for a working Foreman that has a proven track record for leading crews and meeting targets.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience in residential interior and exterior painting
• Aptitude in using appropriate tools (brushes, caulking guns etc.)
• Knows how to prep, mask
• Able to work in the heat
• Conscientious with great attention to detail
• Solid knowledge of painting techniques and willingness to learn new methods
• Speaks English, is a good listener, and is able to handle feedback
• Reliable and has good communication skills
• Clean driving record
• Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance
• Must have an operating work truck or van
• Own painter’s tools
• Must have at least 3 years of strong residential interior AND exterior painting experience.

Pay: Depending on experience. Advancement is available to the right person.
