Founded in 1870, The Webb School is a private boarding and day school located in Bell Buckle, TN, 45 minutes south of Nashville. Students in grades 6-12 come from all over the world, seeking the best in college preparatory education at Webb.
The school seeks a full-time residential Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve the healthcare needs of students and staff. This position is a 10-month residential position working (5) five days per week, including some nights and weekends. The position includes a fully furnished, one bedroom/one bath apartment on campus.

Responsibilities:
- Provide caring, professional medical services to the school community
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, faculty/staff
- Maintain digital health records and confidentiality of health information
- Arrange medical appointments
- Coordinate transportation needs for students’ medical appointments
- Help manage the Health Center
- Follow directives and guidelines as conveyed by the Health Center Coordinator
- Enforce the school’s standards and policies
- Promote the school’s Mission
Qualification:
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in the state of Tennessee
- A passion for working with children, grades 6-12. Experience working in a school environment preferred
- Computer/online-based technical experience (i.e., Microsoft, Google Suite, FACTS, etc.)
- Organizational skills, perform multiple tasks independently, proficient written and verbal skills
