Maintenance Person to Manage and Maintain Residential Clubhouse and Surrounding Area

Job Type: 25 - 30 Hours Per Week

Duties and responsibilities:

Maintain ongoing communication with management regarding all issues affecting the property.

Perform assigned work orders in a timely fashion.

Perform duties related to plumbing, light electrical, carpentry, painting etc..

Perform custodial duties in the building and grounds daily and weekly.

Must have the ability to self-manage and be a self-starter

Other duties assigned

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess a high standard of work quality.

Must be able to pick up a minimum 50 lbs. without issue and climb a ladder if necessary.

Prior experience in communities is a plus

Candidate must be detail oriented, reliable, and highly dependable

Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

Compensation: Based on experience

Experience: Maintenance man / Handyman: 5 years (preferred)

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location - Suffolk County
