NFI Vermont, a leader in specialized trauma and adolescent development, is looking to expand our team of innovators. We are currently seeking Residential Counselors in the greater Burlington Area. Residential Counselors provide supervision and support to clients within a residential setting. Typical Responsibilities include supporting clients, ADL (activity, daily learning), assisting with independent living skills, and implementing treatment plans. Bachelor's degree in psychology, or related field preferred, and/or equivalent experience working with youth. Regular positions of 30 or more hours are week are eligible for our generous benefits package, which includes tuition reimbursement and competitive salary.
