This is for the Rocky Mount, NC, Greenville, NC, Goldsboro, NC and surrounding areas.

We are seeking a Cleaning Technician to join our team. The Cleaning Technician will work directly with our facility management staff to ensure that the building is always well maintained and looking its best. The position requires a thorough understanding of sanitation techniques, in addition to the ability to use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with the cleaning company and coordinate schedules.
• Clean the office after hours or on weekends.
• Use cleaning chemicals properly and safely.
• Clean windows, furniture, appliances, and other household items.
• Clean carpets and upholstery.
• Repair broken appliances and items.
• Take out the trash.
• Manage a schedule of cleaning activities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour
