Join our Resident Services Team—New Bedford

An apartment community serving seniors, older adults, and persons with disabilities located in downtown New Bedford, MA is seeking a part-time (16-hour) Resident Service Coordinator to join the on-site Management Team.

The Resident Service Coordinator connects residents with community resources, provides tenancy stabilization services, and coordinates on-site enrichment and wellness programs in the community spaces.

Experience in elder services, case management, program coordination, or other human services is a plus. This position is part of a well-established Resident Services model within our housing communities throughout the area and NE region and offers support, training, and career path opportunity. 4-year-degree is required.

• B.A. in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services is preferable; a four-year college degree is fully acceptable.
• 2-3 years experience in social services delivery with elders, families, and/or persons with disabilities, and proven ability to provide results through a concrete problem-solving approach to issues.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of area supportive services and other community resources.
• Strong communication, organizational, writing, and computer skills.
