$1000 Sign On Bonus for Part Time!!As a Resident Aide in you will take part in our mission to provide services to meet the varying behavioral needs of individuals within our community, assisting residents with severe and persistent mental health challenges. Our goal is to form partnerships with our residents grounded in dignity and respect to promote wellness, recovery, and healing.
The Barn, located in Warminster, PA is a licensed residence with therapeutic supports. The residence is a renovated Barn located in a country setting. This is a voluntary program where residents can actively pursue their chosen recovery and rehabilitation goals in an environment of support and hope. Residents and staff partner together to plan groups, outings and work on their identified recovery goals.
Available Shifts:

• Part Time: Sunday 12am - 8am
• Part Time: Sunday 8am – 4pm
• Above shifts can be combined into a 16 hour day

• On Call/PRN Hours Available

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to view all residents with Unconditional Positive Regard
• Resiliency and ability to be flexible
• Computer proficiency
• Ability to perform the physical requirement of the job description, with or without accommodation
• LVF requires all Associates to be fully vaccinated upon hire. LVF will consider accommodations for medical and strongly held religious beliefs
