HIRING CLINICAL RESEARCH NURSES!
**Clinical Research Experience NOT Required**
Medix Clinical Research is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Research Nurse to join our team. As a Clinical Research Nurse, you will play a vital role in our clinical research initiatives, ensuring the safety, well-being, and accurate documentation of study participants. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support the execution of clinical trials, contributing to the advancement of medical knowledge and patient care.
Location: St. Peters, Missouri, 63303
Pay: $30.00hr - $35.00hr // x1.5 overtime pay
Schedule: Full-time // Monday - Friday from 6:00am - 4:00pm
Setting: On-site requirement // multispecialty clinical research facility
Duration: 6 month contracted probationary period into direct hire / permanent position
Requirements:
- Valid RN license in the state of Missouri
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Proficiency in venipuncture and diagnostic testing
Responsibilities:
- Screen and assess potential study participants for eligibility according to study protocols
- Obtain informed consent from study participants and provide education about the study procedures, risks, and benefits
- Perform physical assessments, collect biological samples, and administer study medications as required by the research protocols
- Accurately document all clinical data and observations in electronic health records (EHR) and case report forms (CRFs)
- Monitor and report adverse events or changes in participant health status to the study investigator
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), regulatory requirements, and study protocols
- Collaborate with the research team to develop and implement study protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and data collection tools
- Participate in study-related meetings, trainings, and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain strict confidentiality of participant information and research data
- Contribute to the dissemination of research findings through conference presentations and manuscript development
