RESEARCH PROTOCOL EXECUTION. This position will work directly with both child and parent participant in consenting/assenting, administering the study protocol, and collecting data; this includes, administering tasks using REDcap, iPad applications, and E-prime based fMRI tasks and collecting biological samples (hair, saliva, urine, and breath samples).


PARTICIPANT CONTACT/SCHEDULING. This position will assist with participant outreach and scheduling, including coordinating with laboratory and MRI facility scheduling. This position is also responsible for answering emails, phone calls, and mail regarding study participation.

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES. This position will be responsible for monitoring study supplies and insuring supplies are restocked in a timely manner. This position will also monitor the shipping of biological samples to the appropriate laboratories and confirming samples have arrived satisfactorily.

HUMAN SUBJECTS PAYMENTS. Works closely with the University’s Human Subjects Payment (HSP) department to prepare human subject payments for youth participant and parent/guardian. Assists youth participants and parents/guardians with receiving/activating funds.

HUMAN SUBJECT TRANSPORTATION. Procures means of transportation (rental car) and coordinates transportation of human subjects to/from study office.



Expected Salary:

$19.00 - $21.00



Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.



Preferred Qualifications:
EDUCATION & TRAINING: Undergraduate degree in psychology, chemistry, physiology, or a related science
