We are currently looking to immediately hire a qualified Researcher who will assist our team by expanding our customer base through lead generation strategies. This role will allow you to develop consultative sales skills over the phone while building a trust in communication, soliciting potential customers and growing a skill set that will transition into future advancement opportunities within our company.

Responsibilities

He/she manages client accounts and assists clients with all aspects of identification and recovery unclaimed funds . Also searching online , interacting with clients over the phone, and/or via email and build strong relationship with them.

Requirements

Exceptional customer services skills closing the deal. Adept in Internet research and demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of customers. Possess personable, yet assertive phone skills along with a courteous phone demeanor.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $44,000.00 per year
