Position: Property Manager/Receptionist
Full Time Position: M-F, 9am-5pm
Pay rate: DOQ

Job Summary: The Receptionist/Property Manager is responsible for handling the daily routine tasks of the front portion of the law office while maintaining the management multiple rental units. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to answering/transferring incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, accepting any/all payments, mail sorting/delivering, maintaining office equipment and inventory, support of office staff, scheduling/showing of properties, property inspections, repair/maintenance scheduling, rent collection, dealing with customers on a daily basis, office cleaning, Ability to multi- task under high stress situations, ability to work alone and/or on a team setting, attention to detail extremely important as well as being very organized.
Rental Job Duties: Leasing, includes, but is not limited to local advertising, property showings, maintain positive relationships with current and prospective tenants, as well as maintenance workers; Process Rental Applications via Criminal/Background Checks, Credit/Rental History/Verify Employment and Rental References, oversee tenant move in/move out, unit inspections, Maintenance/Repair Scheduling w/various vendors, Annual Property Inspections – City, Bi-annual Property Inspections – Office, Process rental payments/issue receipts, Track annual equipment maintenance schedule, keep up to date photos of maintenance issues, receive monthly rent payments, prepare/present late rent notices and/or eviction notice on delinquent accounts, basic knowledge of home maintenance and knowledge of rental property management preferred, attention to detail, ability to work in a team setting as well as on an individual basis.
Receptionist Position Duties: Greet all incoming clients (and tenants) in a professional and courtesy manner, schedule all new appointments with appropriate paperwork, run conflict checks, scheduling of appointments, calendaring of any/all attorney affiliated appointments, hearings, mediation, consultations, time tracking, accepting payments, providing receipts, use of computer and office equipment, daily office cleaning tasks including but not limited to touch up painting, Understanding of basic legal system, assist clients with technical issues, be familiar with online meeting programs, uploading/downloading photos, documents from personal electronic devises, forward to attorney
Experience Required:
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 1-2 years Reception and/or Rental Managing experience preferred, Customer Service Skills
Knowledge of the following helpful: Microsoft Office, including Word and Xcel, General office equipment including, but not limited multi-line phone system, Voicemail, Office Scanner/copier/printer,
