Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible Remote Personal Lines CSR to join our team!
Mission of the Personal Lines CSR:
To serve and grow the book of clients assigned to you by providing extraordinary service, educating the customer, identifying coverage gaps. Also assist with generating other revenue growth opportunities by referring family, friends, and associates to the agency for their insurance needs. CSR’s also back up their co-workers and work as a team while actively looking for new business opportunities for the agency. CSR’s are required to perform their duties by incorporating the values, mission and vision of the agency at all times. In short it is the entire Sinatro team’s job to be ambassadors of the agency at work and in the community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Renewing lines of coverage

Cross selling lines of coverage

Assisting clients with billing, claims and coverage questions

Negotiating insurance quotes
-
Checking policies for accuracy
-
Ordering endorsements
-
Documenting policy correspondence
-
General requirements ordinary to managing a book of business

Billing inquiries and payment
-
New business quoting
-
eMarketing quoting
-
Car changes
-
Homeowners’ changes
-
Mortgagee changes
-
Claims- first reports

Education and/or Experience:

High School Diploma or the recognized equivalent in education and experience, required

Current Connecticut P & C insurance license, preferred

Some college, preferred
-
2+ years of personal lines insurance experience, required
Technology Skills:

Applied Epic (preferred) or similar agency management software experience
-
Possess strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Ability to work in a extremely fast paced environment
