We are looking for a Permanent Remote Accounting & Assurance Manager to join our dynamic team in the Finance industry. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information and providing assurance to stakeholders. You will work remotely, providing support to our clients across the country.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits of financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards
• Develop and implement audit plans, including risk assessment and testing procedures
• Identify and communicate potential issues to clients and provide recommendations for improvement
• Review and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members
• Monitor and ensure compliance with SOX requirements
• Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA certification
• 7+ years of experience in audit or assurance
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Experience with SOX compliance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
