Responsibilities of a Registered Nurse Unit Manager:
- Maintaining and restoring health of resident patients
- Acting as a main point of contact between residents and their families
- Addressing and preventing concerns from family members
Qualifications for a Registered Unit Manager:
- Associates Degree or above in Nursing (ASN) or Practical Nursing Diploma required.
- Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in the state of practice required.
- One (1+) years nursing experience required with prior Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred.
