Patient: is a pleasant, well behaved ambulatory 3 yr old boy

Care/Equipment: h/o short gut syndrome and bowel resection. He has malabsorption, and is dependent on enteral feeds (peptamen Jr) 18 hours per day via JT. Continuous feeds from 11a-8p, and 11p-8am. GT is vented frequently throughout day and they are beginning to trial clamping of GT during day. He loves to play with toys or favorite show is "Miss Rachael" where he learned to speak some french, will greet you with "bonjour" :)

Home: clean and well organized with parking available out front. No pets. Mon , Dad & 2 siblings present in home

Shifts available: Saturdays: 3p-11p, and every other Sunday 7a-3p and 3p-11p
