As a Registered Nurse RN, you will be responsible for improving our residents experience and maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment. Your focus will be the basic quality-of-life for our residents, so duties such as recording vitals, providing ambulatory assistance, and seeing to resident care needs will be key in the individualized care.

Registered Nurse’s, RN, day-to-day will include:

• Leads a team of direct care providers to ensure appropriate execution of medications and treatments, documentation, teaching, care planning and patient care conferencing in compliance with the Health Campus Policies and Procedures.
• Visit residents on your assigned unit on a daily basis in order to observe and evaluate each resident’s physical and emotional status.
• Assist in monitoring the inventory of medications, medical supplies and equipment to ensure that an adequate supply is on hand and readily available to meet the needs of the residents.
• Monitor nursing assistants to ensure that established procedures are followed for the use and disposal of personal protective equipment

We are looking for a full-time Registered Nurse for our evening shift.

• Strong interpersonal skills, especially when it comes to delivering sensitive information to patients and/or families.
• Ability to think critically under pressure.
• Must have and maintain a current, valid RN/LPN license.
• Possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
• Be able to make independent decisions concerning above job duties.
• Possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family member, visitors, government agencies/personnel, vendors, and the general public.
• Be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.

Schedule needs:

• 8 or 12 hour shifts
• Full time and part time Registered Nurse, RN, availability
• Rotating Holiday Schedule
• Weekend availability
