Job Description: Registered Nurse, Emergency Department
Shift/Hours:
- Day Shift: 7:00am-7:30pm
- Night Shift: 7:00pm-7:00am
- Every other weekend
- Holidays required
- No on-call requirement
Pay Scale: Starts at $50.00 per hour for new grads and goes up by experience.
Responsibilities: Direct patient care of emergent and non-emergent patients newborn through geriatric.
Must Haves:
- CA RN License
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC. All certifications are available through the hospital.
- 1 year of ED experience required.
- Associates Degree.
About the Unit:
- 8 main ED, 4 Fast Track beds
- Patient population: newborn, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric
- Common Diagnoses: Wide range of diagnoses
Orientation:
- 2 days of hospital wide orientation.
- Department training is approximately 12 weeks - dependent on experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50.00 - $84.40 per hour
