Daylight and Midnight Shift Available!

New Starting Rate $38.00/hr, shift differential and weekend daylight $2.25 more and afternoon and nights $2.60

The Grove at Harmony is seeking to add a caring and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to be part of our team! This is a fantastic opportunity for an RN to step into a supervisory role!

This is a flexible opportunity for full or part-time work! Part-time would be on either the afternoon or night shifts and Full-time would be a combined shift schedule. This is a great working environment with a dedicated team of professionals.

The purpose of this role is to provide direct nursing care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of the residents’ attending physicians, the Director of Nursing, and the Medical Director of the facility. They will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of non-licensed personnel. You will also assist in modifying the treatment regimen to meet the physical and psychological need of the resident, in accordance with established medical practices and the requirements of the policies and procedures of this facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of the residents' attending physicians, the Director of Nursing, and the Medical Director of the facility.

Education and Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required
• Licensure and registration by the PA Board of Nursing Examiners as a Registered Nurse required
