Position Summary:
New Grads participate in our Nurse Residency Program! This program facilitates the transition of new graduate nurses into the role of a professional nurse. Our program offers a combination of classroom case studies, job shadowing for better understanding of clinical practices, and learn how the roles of others of other healthcare teams impact a nurse.
Required Education:
Graduation from a Nursing Education program
Required License:
NC or Multi-state RN licensure required
Required Certification:
BLS required
ACLS certification required within 30 days of hire for certain units
