Job description

We are hiring Registered Nurse II for one of our clients in Trenton, NJ.

Job Description:

  • Touring the identified LTC facilities to observe staff knowledge/abilities, leadership function/responsibilities, and the facilities’ processes, clinical data, and policies/procedures
  • Sharing best practices/operational tools with onsite nursing leadership and staff
  • Recommending improvement and providing educational tools/resources to onsite staff
  • Reviewing facilities’ regulatory history, staffing, and resident demographics/acuity
  • Reviewing the facilities’ quality assurance practices/policies
  • Making recommendations based on resident council minutes
  • Evaluating remediation process; and completing reports.

Skill required:

  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook.

Work hours:

  • 8am – 4pm (Negotiable)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55.55 per hour

Physical setting:

  • Long term care

Standard shift:

  • Day shift

Weekly schedule:

  • 5x8
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Registered Nurse: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • BLS Certification (Preferred)
  • RN (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
