Job Type: Part-Time/ PRN

Salary: $20.00-$22.30/Hr (Based on years of experience)

Available Schedule: Every Monday 6A-6P & PRN

Key Functions:

• Support residents in doing as much for themselves as possible.
• Assist residents in meaningful ways with leisure time and mealtimes.
• Provide confident, efficient, and complete care as outlined in the individual care plan of the resident.
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of meals and provides feeding assistance when necessary.
• Record accurate vital signs, weights, and food intake in a timely and accurate manner in the resident’s chart.
• Dispense and accurately record medication distributions to residents as required by doctors’ orders.

Licenses/Certifications:

• Successful completion of approved Certified Nursing Assistant and Medication Aide programs and certification exams. Maintains certification requirements for Certified Nursing Assistants and Medication Aides in the state of Virginia.
