W-2 position for a Register Behavior Technician (RBT)

1 week vacation after 1 year of consecutive employment with company (Day 1 starts after 90 day probation period)

Medicaid number preferred but not required (Cost for Medicaid application within company)

• Provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one therapy setting to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatments as directed by the BCBA.

• Collect and record data on student’s behavior.

• Submit daily session notes for supervisor reiew within 48 hours of session.

• Provide a professional and supportive environment for clients and family.

• Maintain strict confidentiality.

• Attend MONTHLY training in office.
• Must read, write and be able to communicate in English.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• May need to work weekend shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
