People Incorporated of Virginia is seeking applications for the position of Regional Property Manager. The position is responsible for the leasing and enforcement of covenants and restrictions of multi-family and single-family properties; the financial performance of the properties; physical maintenance and safety of the properties; and all administrative aspects of properties including record keeping, supervision and staff development, compliance, marketing, and contributing to the formulation of budgets. Associates degree (or significant relevant experience), at least two years’ experience managing multiple properties or rental programs, and at least one year supervisory experience are required. Bachelor’s degree and LIHTC property management experience preferred.
